Biography

Jane is the Assistant Director of the Center for Leadership and Executive Education in the McColl School of Business and the owner of Williams Leadership Group. She leads initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity for professionals, organizational partners, and students in both undergraduate and graduate level programs.

Her work centers on helping individuals and teams deepen self-awareness, improve collaboration, and enhance performance through coaching and applied learning. Jane is certified in a range of leadership and assessment tools, including the Actualized Leadership Profile (ALP), Actualized Team Profile (ATP), ALP360, Herrmann Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), WorkPlace Personality, SchoolPlace Big Five, and the Values Profile.

She holds a B.S. in Sociology from North Carolina State University and an M.S. in Organization Development, along with a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching, from the McColl School of Business.
