Perspectives in Pluralism

This leadership program is a collaborative partnership between the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the Office of the Chaplain. The Perspectives in Pluralism Leadership Program is designed to enhance your understanding of different cultures, building awareness, knowledge, and skills to interact effectively. This course challenges individuals to interrogate their own biases and is a humble acknowledgment that one cannot know everything about other cultures and recognizes that learning about other cultures is a lifelong goal and process.
