Commemorative events can be booked at the following times:

• Thursday Evenings | 6-8 p.m.
• Friday Evenings | 6-8 p.m.
• Saturdays | 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. or 4-8 p.m.
• Sundays | 4-8 p.m.

All Rentals include:

• On-site event manager to ensure the venue is ready

Spaces

Belk Chapel – Sanctuary & McInnes Rotunda

Since its opening in 1950, Belk Chapel has been a place of comfort and gathering for our community. With its timeless Southern architecture and beautiful natural light, the chapel provides a serene setting for memorial services and celebrations of life. The welcoming rotunda offers a quiet space for family and friends to gather before and after the service. As a non-denominational space, Belk Chapel is open to and respectful of all faith traditions and backgrounds.

• Seating for up to 350 guests using the lower level and balcony
• Use of the piano is included, but cannot be removed

Queens Hall – McInnes Parlors & Hall Brown Terrace

For more than 100 years, the McInnes Parlors have provided a warm and welcoming space at the heart of Queens Hall. With timeless chapel charm and views overlooking campus, the Parlors offer a peaceful setting for memorial receptions and gatherings of family and friends. The adjoining Hall Brown Terrace provides an outdoor extension, offering additional space when the weather permits. The Parlors can accommodate up to 100 guests, with the terrace extending capacity to 200, and VIP parking is available for up to 15 guests.
