The McColl School’s Learning & Management Graduate Certificate will provide you with the foundational knowledge and skills to build and assess development programs and interventions in your organizations. The certificate provides value to individuals seeking to transition to learning and development, leadership development, or consulting roles. If you’d like to advance in your career as a change management professional, this is the program for you!
The Certificate in Learning & Development Management can be completed on its own or as a specialization in the MS in Talent in Organization Development program.
