Building Community

Queens University of Charlotte is a small campus where our relationships—with our students and our colleagues—shape our individual and collective experience of community. We aspire to be a place where faculty and staff feel seen, heard, supported, and valued for what they do and for who they are. As part of our efforts to support learning, community building, and belonging, both the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and the Center for the Advancement of Faculty Excellence (CAFE) provide opportunities for faculty and staff to connect, explore ways to foster more equitable and affirming learning spaces for students and discuss ways to collaborate and support each other as colleagues.
